Breakfast: peaches
Lunch: cheese pizza. homemade. Okay, not off to a good start.
Snack: 100 calorie pack of cookies
Dinner: salad with dressing and a little bit of shredded cheddar cheese. Baby carrots. Green beans.
Still hungry. Shouldn't have had that pizza.

Just be careful, you really don't want to overdo it.
On one of my previous diets I ate only the "lean cuisines" for meals and it was only 600 calories, and your body starts conserving energy and making MORE fat. So... just be careful to actually eat.
When I was sick a few years ago, the doctor put me on a "gatorade" diet for 48 hours. Lost about 10 lbs in 2 days but coming off of it was awful.
So, please DO eat, and more than salad. :)
I think I am more in danger of over-eating than undereating at this point. ;)
I am following the weight watchers plan, so I definitely will not go hungry. I am not doing the salad thing at dinner anymore, though. Still hungry, even after having another snack.
Time to go find something else to eat...
