Trying to reinstall quark license administrator. Reinstall failed, said to check install log. No install log found anywhere. So, I tried to just remove it, in order to reinstall cleanly. It failed again...
Because it was trying to remove /Library !!!!!!!!!!!!
In MacOS X, /Library is critical, and NO APPLICATION SHOULD BE ATTEMPTING TO REMOVE IT.
Back to the drawing board...
