Dieting did not go well today, for several reasons. Big on the list was not being able to sleep last night until around 2am.
I got nothing at all done tonight, due to a meeting I had to go to. I got home late from work, because I had an errand to run. I made a quick Weight Watchers frozen dinner for each of us, and we had pineapple and carrots, and garlic toast (light bread, butter spray, very few calories).
Lunch had to be eaten out, due to no time to get home to make something.
Tomorrow will be better!
