Chocolate cake, baking in the oven right now.
I bought this cake mix last Friday evening, with the thought that I would bake it then. That way, if the electricity went out, we could at least have cake with our peanut butter sandwiches. Of course, I didn't get around to baking it, because I was busy doing other things in case the electricity went out.
So today, after throwing a load of clothes in the dryer, I decided to make this cake. I am eagerly awaiting this cake, as it has been months since I have had chocolate cake. We had angel food cake a couple of weeks ago, but no chocolate cake.
Perfect Saturday afternoon... smell of chocolate cake in the air...
